PA Polyamide
Polyamide, known in English as polyamide, is a type of semi-crystalline polymer. Polyamide, an engineering plastic, is also known colloquially as nylon. This type of plastic, which is a hard plastic, is resistant to abrasion and bending. It has high resistance under load. Polyamide has the ability to absorb water. For this reason, it is an engineering plastic that is not preferred in areas where contact with water is required. The carbon fiber in its structure increases the alloy strength and facilitates processing. There are two most well-known varieties. PA 6 and PA 66.
Polyamide's usage area is very wide. It has a wide range of uses, from military applications to packaging in the food industry. When converted into a flexible material that reduces the breaking coefficient, it is used extensively in maritime, especially in ropes. It is also used in the worn areas of the product popularly called nylon socks. For example, a sock may consist of 80% cotton and 20% polyamide.
PA 6 Polyamide
PA 6 is the engineering plastic with the best physical properties among nylons. Developed in 1952, this engineering plastic is a type of plastic that can withstand high or low temperatures and can be used for a long time. PA 6, which is widely used in electrical materials, also has high electrical insulation properties.
PA 66 Polyamide
Types of PA 66 Polyamide (PA), one of the engineering plastics, are named with the numbers used below. These numbers express the type and number of polymer chains in the chemical structure of the PA product. These numbers continue like PA 6, Pa 11, PA 12.
The most commonly used types of PA polyamide product are PA 6 and PA 66. These products are a type of polyamide (PA) that is heat resistant, has hardness and is highly resistant to abrasion. It is widely used in the automotive industry due to its excellent physical properties and resistance to solvents and hot water.
It is an engineering plastic used in many areas, especially in the automotive industry. For example, high-quality cable ties are made of PA 66. Since its moisture retention rate is very low, it is also used in the food industry. In addition, this product is preferred due to its high resistance and durability when exposed to outdoor weather conditions.

PA 11 - 12 Polyamide
Polyamide 11 (PA 11) is a unique high-performance polyamide produced from a renewable resource (Castor oil). It finds wide use thanks to its unusual properties similar to those of polyamide 12 (PA 12): excellent chemical and thermal resistance, high dimensional stability and low density.
